Prescilda was the young girl from the very beginning, slid into water to see dead body (fathers) so she wanted to get revenge from the park 

Ending: josh makes it out with his gf kim, they get his fathers estate money making the wet valley now a shopping center and gives the money to prescilda

Very gruesome kills, decent storyline to add with it, nice little plot twist of who done it
