Summary:

A young woman discovers the rental home she booked is already occupied by a stranger. Against her better judgment, she decides to spend the night but soon discovers there's a lot more to fear than just an unexpected house guest.

Plot Twist? 

The naked woman, referred to as The Mother, turns out to be the progeny of a man named Frank who's also still alive in the deepest recesses of the house's winding basement tunnels. Frank was a murderer and a rapist who abducted women, and one of them gave birth to The Mother.

Ending: 

Tess realizes that she can only rely on herself when police officers don't think that she's telling the truth about the events of the last little while. Tess gets the keys to her car from the rental home and seems to kill The Mother by running her over.

Insane ride of a movie, really makes you double think about renting out some places very creepy and unsettling scenes

Creature is creepy as hell, disturbing to look at and reminds of a monster from another movie (scary movies to tell in the dark)
