Summary:

Dr. Steven Murphy is a renowned cardiovascular surgeon who presides over a spotless household with his wife and two children. Lurking at the margins of his idyllic suburban existence is Martin, a fatherless teen who insinuates himself into the doctor's life in gradually unsettling ways. Soon, the full scope of Martin's intent becomes menacingly clear when he confronts Steven with a long-forgotten transgression that will shatter his domestic bliss forever.

Ending: 

Steven spins in a circle with a hat over his eyes and randomly shoots and kills his son Bob. In the final scene, we see the Murphy family minus Bob at a diner. Martin walks in, looks at them without their youngest. And, satisfied, leaves the diner and leaves them be.

Something was missing to really drive it over the top, was little longer movie cause all the details they focus in on

Wasn’t as disturbing people made it seem to be, had interesting story line and some good cinematic visuals
