Length: 83 minutes Genres: horror
Summary: Three friends decide to play the Red Book game, but they don't know that evils in in the house and waiting to be released. A long time ago a witch died as part of a satanic ritual. Every question they ask, they get closer and closer to her.
Plot Twist?
When she sees what is going on, she threatens to alert the authorities. Joel begs her and she asks him to agree to take her help. Joel does and that's when the truth is revealed. The therapist is actually a demon.
Ending:
This sermon he delivers is about how all sexual deviants must be punished as it shows a montage of his daughter involved in amorous activities with another woman. The hate speech is interrupted by some of the audience violently vomiting. From there the daughter exacts her revenge. This one also suffers from an abrupt ending except it stops in the middle of an intense sequence. It’s extremely jarring.
Notes - Thoughts
The five main stories, along with the vignettes connecting the three friends, have their strengths and weaknesses. While none of the short films are outright bad, some are more compelling than others. The acting quality ranges from amateur to exceptional. The impressive use of practical effects is consistent throughout.
